Casey Dill is in his second season with the Miners organization as the Scouting and Player Acquisition Coordinator.
He has worked as a field manager in professional and summer collegiate baseball for 10 years, amassing an overall record of 408-223 as well as five league championships. He currently manages the Palm Springs Power, and in 2017 led the team to the best season in their history, with a 35-3 record, a league championship and three Perfect Game summer collegiate All-Americans.
Casey also works as an Associate Scout for the Atlanta Braves, and is a graduate of Major League Baseball Scout School, working in player procurement for the last five years. He has coached collegiately at Chico State University, New Mexico Highlands University, and Harris-Stowe State University. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Columbia College and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Leadership and Management at Western Governor's University.
